Our hotel is only for adults, kids are adorable but we don't have the correct facilities for them. The restaurant zone, however, is open to everyone and children are allowed there under the loving watch of their parents. 

At Concept Hotel Group we accept dogs up to 8Kg, as we understand perfectly well that you want to take your pet with you and, above all, on holiday. Of course, we also accept guide dogs.

Check in is from 3.00 p.m. If there are rooms available before this time we'll allow you to enter without any additional charges. We'll always try to be of assistance when rooms are available. 

Check out is by 12.00 p.m. If you need 'late check out ' and you booked your room on our website, congratulations! You have late check out free subject to availability. Just to repeat - subject to availability. We're sorry but we can't assure late check out until the same day of your check out because it is dependent on room availability.
